Pane is a keyboard-first desktop app for running AI coding agents in parallel. You bring Claude Code, Codex, Aider, Goose, or any terminal agent. Pane gives each task its own git worktree, which means its own branch in a separate folder.
Pane works on Windows, WSL, macOS, Linux, VMs, and remote hosts. It is open source under AGPL-3.0 and built by Dcouple Inc.
Pane is local-first by default. Opening a pane doesn't upload your code. Agents still use their own providers and permission models.
