Antumi alternatives

TL;DR

Antumi (安图米) is a free, Apache-2.0 desktop app from a GitHub developer called flyhero, with no website beyond the repo. It drives ten agent CLIs, among them Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI, from a single chat window. Each task goes on its own git worktree, a separate working copy and branch, so agents stay out of each other's files. Its signature feature is quota handling: when a Claude Code or Codex account runs dry, it switches to another or waits for the reset.

It's young. The project calls itself a development preview, tested mostly on macOS, and the Mac build is Apple Silicon only. Repos inside WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) are a roadmap item. Most docs beyond the README and user guide are in Chinese. And you see agents as chat replies, not in their own terminals.

Pane suits you if you want each agent's raw terminal and WSL repos today. Each task gets a worktree, a diff view and git shortcuts, on Windows (x64 and ARM64), WSL, Intel or Apple Silicon Macs, and Linux. Orca is the closest match for Antumi's account switching, Emdash turns tickets into tasks, and Agent Orchestrator feeds CI failures back to agents.

the alternatives

Antumi is a lot of app for a preview. Each of these is strong at one thing Antumi users tend to care about. Chip colors show each OS: green for native, amber with a catch, red for none.

  1. 1.Pane

Best for real terminals and WSL repos now, on Intel Macs and Windows ARM64 too.

Run Claude Code, Codex or any other CLI in its own terminal and worktree. A Changes tab holds the diff, and git actions are shortcuts. Antumi's @-handoffs map to Pane Sessions, orchestrator chats that start worker agents and message them. AGPL-3.0, free, no login.

  2. 2.Orca

Best for account hot-swap and usage meters, plus a browser and phone apps.

Orca swaps Claude and Codex accounts in one click and meters usage for about nine providers, close to what draws people to Antumi. It also has worktrees, real terminals, diff review, a built-in browser and support for WSL repos. MIT and free on Mac, Windows x64 and Linux.

  3. 3.Emdash

Best for tickets into tasks from 12 trackers, with 35 agents.

Like Antumi's Inbox, Emdash turns tickets into tasks, from 12 trackers including GitHub, Jira and Linear. It detects 35 agent CLIs, runs them locally or on SSH hosts, and can create and merge GitHub PRs. Apache-2.0 and free. Mac, Windows x64 and Linux; no WSL repos.

    WindowsWSLmacOSLinux

  4. 4.Agent Orchestrator

Best for a review loop that sends failed checks back to the agent.

Antumi lets a lead hand work to reviewers. AO does a version of that around pull requests: when CI fails or a reviewer comments, it routes the feedback to the agent that wrote the code. Sessions sit on a live kanban, each in a worktree. Apache-2.0, 32 named harnesses, Windows x64, macOS and Linux x64; no WSL repos.

which one should you pick?

stay with Antumi if

  • → you juggle several Claude Code or Codex accounts and want it to switch or resume when a quota runs out
  • → you like @-mentioning one agent to hand work to another, or running a lead with developers and reviewers
  • → you use ZenTao, Kimi Code, ZCode or DeepSeek Harness, which it supports out of the box
  • → Chinese docs and a preview label don't bother you

pick pane if

  • → your repos live in WSL, or you're on an Intel Mac or a Windows ARM64 laptop
  • → you want to watch each agent's own terminal and use whatever CLI you like
  • → you want the docs in English

why people look for an Antumi alternative

A preview build, no WSL repos yet, ten fixed agents and mostly Chinese docs.

Antumi's README calls it a development preview, "developed and tested mainly on macOS." On a Mac it's Apple Silicon only. Linux builds are new: the first stable release with them, v0.21.2, came out on October 30, 2026. Running agents on WSL repos or over SSH is on the roadmap.

The ten agents run headless, and their replies land in Antumi's chat, so you never see the agent's own screen. Settings lists other CLIs it recognizes but doesn't drive. The architecture docs and changelog are Chinese only, and with three issues and PRs so far, there's little public feedback to weigh.

moving from Antumi to pane

Same CLIs and logins. Each Antumi task becomes a Pane.

Antumi uses the agent CLIs you already signed in to, and so does Pane. Create a Pane per task and you get a worktree on a new branch, with .env and agent folders copied over. Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode start from a preset, and Cursor has one on macOS, Linux and WSL. Pi, Gemini CLI and the rest start as custom commands.

You'll work in the agent's terminal rather than a chat. Read each diff in the Changes tab and commit or merge from the keyboard. For hand-offs, open a Pane Session. Its agent can spin up workers and send them prompts.

our verdict

Antumi crams quota switching, delegation, team roles and a browser into a free app that's six weeks old. If you want real terminals, any CLI or WSL repos today, Pane is the direct swap. For account hot-swap in a bigger app, Orca. For tickets into tasks, Emdash. For a CI review loop, Agent Orchestrator.

how we checked

Antumi has no website, so on November 5, 2026 we read its English and Chinese READMEs, docs folder, Chinese changelog, releases and issues. We didn't run it.

Orca, Emdash and Agent Orchestrator were researched on October 3, 2026 and rechecked on October 4. We ran Emdash's Linux build on October 3.
